I had asked for extra dark chocolate and sugar free cream on my cake, and she did it exactly as I expected. I ordered a lactose-free birthday cake from Basma and it was absolutely perfect. It was fresh, spongy, sweet, and delicious!! The lactose-free cream cheese was absolute perfection, so I am very happy and thankful to have been able to eat a delicious birthday cake that tasted just like a “regular” one, but with lactose-free ingredients. Also, Basma was lovely, patient and gave me great advice with designing the cake. I would 100% recommend her and her beautiful and delicious cakes!
